The Host Application has been migrated to a modern, faster shell with a redesigned interface. Admins can also toggle between the new Host Experience and the previous one while teams transition, so nobody is forced to switch overnight. Configurable Visitor Auto Sign-Out
Tired of visitors who forget to sign out at the end of the day? You can now configure automatic visitor sign-out at the site level — set the time that works for your office, and Visitly takes care of cleaning up open visits. Cleaner visitor logs and more accurate on-site counts, with no extra effort.
Evacuation for Front Desk Admins and Location Admins
The Evacuation feature is now available to Front Desk Admins and Location Admins, not just global admins. When something happens, the people who are actually on-site can take immediate action — pulling the on-site list, marking people as accounted for, and sending alerts.
Host Dashboard — A Home Base for Hosts
The new Host Dashboard is the host's daily home base. After logging in, hosts can plan their entire day from a single screen — create new pre-registrations (single or bulk), see who's already checked in, see who's still expected to arrive, and manage any visit in flight without bouncing between pages. Built for people who host frequently and want everything they need in one place from the moment they log in.
Visitor Images in the Pre-Registration Grid
The pre-registration grid now displays visitor images alongside names. Recognizing repeat visitors, spotting issues, and verifying who's coming in just got easier — especially for high-volume offices and security teams.
See Your Delegate Relationships
If you delegate visitor management to someone else (or someone delegates to you), the My Profile page now shows those relationships clearly — both "Showing to delegates" and "For delegates" — so it's never a mystery who can act on whose behalf.
Switch Between Host and Admin Login
Wear two hats? You can now switch between Host and Admin login from a single account, without signing out and back in. A small change that saves a lot of friction for the people running visitor management day-to-day.
Cleaner Edit and Create Experience for Single Invites
Editing an existing invite and creating a new one now have separate, dedicated screens. The right form for the right action means fewer accidental new-invite-instead-of-edits, less confusion about what happens when you save, and a noticeably calmer pre-registration workflow.
