Regional Language Support
Visitly Kiosk, Pre-Arrival Registration, and Contactless Check-in now support five new regional languages — Canadian French, European Portuguese, Mexican Spanish, Dari, and Traditional Chinese. Set your preferred language at the location level, and it's applied consistently across every visitor touchpoint at that site, from the sign-in form to any documents a visitor needs to review and sign. This makes it easier to give international visitors and multilingual offices a check-in experience that feels native, rather than defaulting everyone to English.
Visit Badge QR for Returning Visitors
Returning visitors can now use their Visit Badge QR to check in and check out on future visits. The kiosk automatically detects whether a scanned code is meant for check-in or check-out — across the Home Screen, Facial Recognition, Full Name entry, Returning Visitor, Sign-out Facial Recognition, and Manual Sign-out screens — so visitors never have to hunt for the right screen first. Signing out is just as simple: scanning the code alone completes it, with no extra taps or confirmation needed.

Okta Group Support
Okta Groups can now sync into Visitly as matching User Groups, carrying over the group's name and membership automatically — the same way Google Workspace Groups already do. If your organization already manages teams, departments, or locations as Groups in Okta, that structure now carries straight into Visitly without any manual rebuilding.

Invite Again
Sending the same invite twice no longer means starting from scratch. Re-invite a visitor directly from the Visitor Directory, a Visitor Log entry, a Pre-Registration record, or from the Employee portal for Upcoming and Checked-In views.
Visitor Directory — View and Delete Visitor Profiles
Admins can now open a visitor's full detail page directly from the Visitor Directory, and delete a profile — with a confirmation step to prevent accidental removal — from either the main list or the detail page itself. This gives admins full control over visitor records in one place, without needing to go looking for these actions elsewhere.
Safer Evacuation Alert Sending
Starting or ending an evacuation now requires confirmation first, adding a deliberate safeguard against accidental triggers during a real emergency. Before sending an alert, admins also see exactly how many people it will reach, with limits in place to help prevent accidental over-sending or misuse of the system.
Bug Fixes
This release also includes smaller improvements across exports, notifications, sign-up, and Kiosk screens for a smoother, more reliable experience overall.
