One-Tap Returning Visitor Check-In

Returning visitors no longer have to repeat the full check-in flow every time. If a visitor's signed documents and required video are still valid, and nothing about their visit details has changed, they can check in with a single tap after a quick photo — whether they're identified by email, phone number, or facial recognition. If anything's missing or has changed since their last visit, Visitly falls back to the full check-in flow, with a simple option to update details along the way.

New Admin Experience

Visitly's Admin application has been upgraded to a new version, starting with the Visitor Dashboard, Delivery Dashboard, and Multi-Location Dashboard, along with a redesigned navigation panel for quickly getting to Locations, Users, Integration Hub, and Settings. Switch between the Classic and New experience with a single click, so your team can move over at their own pace.

SharePoint Integration

Organizations can now use Microsoft SharePoint as a document storage provider for visitor documents, working the same way Google Drive Sync already does. Admins connect their Microsoft account, select a SharePoint site and document library; Visitor documents — along with the Visit Summary for each visit — sync there automatically, with the same folder structure.

Google Drive Shared Folder Access

Admins can now select Google Drive shared folders, not just their own personal folders, when configuring the Drive integration for syncing visit documents.

Carry Forward Signed Documents & Watched Videos

If a visitor signs a document or watches a required video with an expiry window, that record now carries forward and appears in the Visitor Log for every visit within that window, along with the original sign or watch date and when it expires. This keeps a complete, visible audit trail across repeat visits without requiring the visitor to re-sign or re-watch anything unnecessarily.

Bug Fixes

This release also includes badge printing improvements, along with fixes to exports and Bulk Invite for a smoother, more reliable experience overall.
