Required Visitor Videos with Watch Expiry
If your sites use safety briefings, NDA videos, or training clips that visitors need to watch before entering, you can now configure exactly how that works. Per visitor type, choose whether watching is mandatory (no skip option), and set how long a completed watch stays valid — for example, "watch the safety video, valid for 90 days." The kiosk enforces both rules at check-in, so visitors can't skip the briefing, and returning visitors aren't asked to sit through the same video on every visit.
