Prescreen from My Visitly
Hosts can now run prescreens directly from My Visitly, without switching to the admin dashboard. If your organization uses watchlist prescreening, hosts can prepare for arrivals from where they already work and catch issues before visitors reach the door.
Group Names in the Visitor Log
The Visitor Log now shows the group name a visitor was checked in under. Useful for events, large meetings, and any time you need to quickly see how visitors are clustering on a given day.
Redesigned Default Notification Templates
The default email and notification templates have been redesigned and rebuilt with the new editor. Cleaner branding, better mobile rendering, and a more polished feel out of the box. Organizations that haven't customized their templates get the new look automatically; everyone else keeps their existing templates as-is.
Improved Delivery Scan Image Quality
Delivery scan images captured through the My Visitly now render at higher quality. Tracking labels, addresses, and recipient names are easier to read at a glance — making delivery handoffs faster and more accurate.
