With Visitly you can configure video viewing for visitors during their sign-in process.
Admin role required: Global Admin and Location Admin Feature availability varies by plan. Check What's in each plan on our pricing page to see if it's included in yours, or talk to our sales team about upgrading.
Add Video Viewing For Visitors
1. Navigate to Locations and click Edit on the location card you wish to manage.
2. Go to the Visitor Types page from the left-hand panel.
3. Click on the visitor type you want to configure.
4. Under the Video URL field enter the video link.
⭐ Note: Only secure (HTTPS) URLs from YouTube, Vimeo, and Wistia are supported.
5. Click Save to apply the changes.
Visitors signing in under the updated visitor type will now be prompted to view the video during their sign-in process.
