With the External Pre-registration View, you can create a public, read-only link that displays all pre-registered visitors scheduled to arrive on the current day. This makes it easy to share real-time visitor information with reception, security teams, or other key stakeholders, without giving them system access.

Generating the External Pre-registration View Link 

1. Navigate to Locations in the main menu. 

2. Click Edit on the location where you want to enable this feature. 

3. On the Location General Settings page, locate the External Pre-registration View section. 

4. Click Generate Permalink to create the secure URL. 

5. Use the copy icon to copy the link and share it as needed.

How It Works

• The link shows a read-only list of all pre-registered invites for the current day. 

• It can be shared with anyone, no login required. 

• The link remains valid for 3 years from the time of creation. 

• You can regenerate the link at any time, which will automatically revoke the previous one. 

Resetting or Revoking the Link

1. Go to the same Locations > Edit > External Pre-registration View section. 

2. Click Generate Permalink again. 

3. A new link will be created with a fresh 3-year validity. 

⭐ Note:  The old link is automatically disabled when a new one is generated.

Is It Secure?

Yes. The link is public but view-only, no changes can be made through it. Only today’s pre-registered invites are shown; past and future dates are not visible.
