Learn how to manage your billings in Visitly.

Admin role required: Global Admin

Feature availability varies by plan. Check What's in each plan on our pricing page to see if it's included in yours, or talk to our sales team about upgrading.

Manage Your Billing

Easily view and manage your billing details, including license information, payment methods, and all invoices. You can also download invoices directly from the billing section.

Note: Only authorized roles have permission to make billing changes.

1. Go to Settings > Billing to review or adjust billing details.

Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel a monthly or annual plan, send us an email or submit a support ticket, and we’ll ensure your subscription does not renew.
