To ensure your Visitly app reflects the latest changes to your organization’s configuration and theme, you can refresh the settings on your iPad. Follow these steps to sync updates:
Refresh Visitly Settings
1. Open the Visitly app.
2. Tap the settings icon in the top-left corner.
3. Enter your 4-digit PIN when prompted.
4. Go to the General tab in the settings menu.
5. Tap Reload Configuration at the bottom of the right-side panel.
6. Press the Back button in the top-left corner to return to the landing page.
That’s it! Your iPad is now synced with the latest organizational updates.
