During an emergency, the Evacuation Manager can quickly initiate and manage evacuations using the My Visitly App to track and account for everyone on-site in real-time. This ensures visitor and employee safety while maintaining compliance during critical situations.

Starting An Evacuation

1. Open the My Visitly App on your iPad.

2. Tap the Emergency button at the top of the screen to access the Evacuation dashboard.

3. Select the location where the evacuation is to take place.

4. Press Start Evacuation to initiate the evacuation process.

The app dashboard will display real-time details, including:

• The total number of visitors and employees inside the premises.

• The count of individuals outside the premises.

• The overall total of all visitors and employees on-site.

5. As individuals are safely identified and accounted for, sign them out using the app.

Ending An Evacuation

1. Tap End Evacuation to complete the process once the emergency is resolved and everyone is safe.
